We are seeking a dedicated Inbound Call Center Agent to serve as our Call Taker and Customer Service Specialist. This full-time role involves handling inbound and outbound communication, including calls, texts, and emails, while operating within our CRM system. The successful candidate will contribute to a small team environment and support general customer inquiries, billing and account management, as well as sales and upselling activities.
