We are seeking a dedicated Inbound Call Center Agent to serve as our Call Taker and Customer Service Specialist. This full-time role involves handling inbound and outbound communication, including calls, texts, and emails, while operating within our CRM system. The successful candidate will contribute to a small team environment and support general customer inquiries, billing and account management, as well as sales and upselling activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls including customer inquiries, billing, and sales upselling
• Provide efficient customer support across calls, texts, and emails
• Perform accurate data entry within the CRM system
• Schedule and follow up on customer appointments and requests
• Collaborate within our team of 10 members
• Maintain communication with supervisors and operations managers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
• Experience handling administrative or call-taking duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven customer service and communication skills
• Data entry proficiency
• Familiarity with CRM software
