Overview:

Our admin team is dedicated to our customers and clients as RCR returns compromised properties to its pre-loss condition. An Administrative Assistant will service all RCR locations and is responsible for responding to phone calls from customers and vendors, assisting with project documentation and various office operations. In this position, you will support staff with office tasks and provide administrative assistance to guests and employees. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multifaceted role.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Keep front office area neat and tidy
  • Clerical assistance and company operations
  • Provide general information to staff, clients, or the public
  • Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and vendors
  • Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls or take messages
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone and email
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Arrange travel accommodations for management during conferences
