Location: Merrillville, IN
Work Model: Hybrid — Tuesday through Thursday onsite, Monday and Friday remote
Rate: $18–$24/hour
Contract Length: 1 year, with possibility of extension
Contract Term: August 10, 2026 – August 9, 2027

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support intermediate to advanced data entry, data cleanup, record maintenance, and reporting activities across multiple systems. This role will be responsible for accurately entering, validating, organizing, and maintaining alpha/numeric data while handling confidential and sensitive information with care.

The ideal candidate is highly accurate, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This person should have strong Excel skills, good mathematical ability, experience working with structured data, and the ability to proof work carefully for accuracy and completeness. The role also requires a team-oriented individual who communicates well, accepts feedback constructively, and contributes to shared team goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry & Data Maintenance
  • Perform intermediate to advanced data entry duties across various systems.
  • Input alpha/numeric data accurately and efficiently.
  • Support multiple data entry tasks, data cleanup activities, and record updates.
  • Maintain accurate records, tracking reports, and documentation.
  • Proof completed work for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Correct errors identified through visual inspection or quality review.
Excel, Reporting & Data Organization
  • Use Excel to filter, sort, create, update, and manage columns and datasets.
