Location: Pipestone, MN
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 (Depending on Experience)

Are you passionate about agriculture, data analysis, and supporting producers in achieving success? PIPESTONE is seeking a Swine Production Records Manager to lead our FarmStats Records team and help deliver exceptional production data services that drive better decision-making for swine producers.

In this key leadership role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our FarmStats Records service, mentor and develop team members, support subscriber success through accurate production reporting, and identify opportunities to grow and enhance our services.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and support the FarmStats Account Specialist and Data Entry teams
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality production records and reporting
  • Build strong relationships with subscribers and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage the FarmStats service budget and identify opportunities for growth
  • Analyze swine production data and provide actionable insights to producers
  • Champion innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the Records service

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in swine production, agricultural records, data management, or a related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to interpret production data and solve complex challenges
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • 3–5 years of customer service experience required
  • Previous management or team leadership experience preferred
