What You’ll Do

  • Mail Department duties include collecting, sorting, scanning, dispersing, filing
  • Data Entry to company software systems
  • Updating documents
  • Performing data inquiries and searches
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and In-office.
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Excellent written English Skills
  • Ability to type 55 + WPM
  • Proficiency working on a computer
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, team environment is key
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
