Description

We are seeking a temporary Data Entry Support Agent to assist with purchasing and order related support for our New York location. This role will be based in Northbrook and will focus on accurate data entry, order updates, vendor follow up, basic data analysis, and internal customer support. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and comfortable working in systems while communicating with vendors and internal teams. Enter order, and vendor related information accurately into internal systems Review and update order data to ensure records are current and accurate Assist with basic data analysis related to purchasing activity, open orders, and order status Expedite orders by following up with vendors on delivery timing and order updates Communicate with vendors regarding order status, delays, availability, and related issues Replace MRO items in the system as needed Support EPO related data entry and system updates Provide customer service support to internal stakeholders Maintain clear and professional communication with vendors and team members Assist with general administrative and purchasing support as assigned
