Document Management / Data Entry Specialist – Lockbox Operations
Pay Rate: $20.14/hr W2
Location: Chicago, IL, United States
Duration: 12 Months
Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site – 5 Days/Week
Updated Schedule – September 3, 2026
Third Shift – OPEN

  • Thursday–Monday
  • 9:00 PM–5:30 AM


Important Requirement

  • Previous DE (Data Entry) experience is required to be considered for this position.


Parking / Transportation

  • Parking is available in the building's garage for approximately $100/month for third-shift employees.
  • Other parking garages are available farther away.
  • Candidates may also consider public transportation.


Job Summary
The Document Management / Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for handling complex files, preventing and resolving client escalations, performing production and support functions, accurately entering data, and assembling documents.
The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently across multiple workstreams and systems while meeting established SLA deadlines.
Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively address production issues and handle complex client escalations.
  • Prioritize and organize workload to maximize effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Monitor and review documentation against established requirements.
  • Resolve peer and customer escalations and inquiries.
  • Execute policies and procedures related to document management.
  • Perform accurate data entry using a full keyboard and 10-key numeric keypad.
  • Accurately key information while meeting required SLA deadlines.
  • Proactively communicate and escalate issues, including:
    • Computer system problems
    • Inaccurate information
    • Out-of-balance transactions
    • Other production-related issues
  • Work across multiple systems, workstreams, and production processes.
  • Use reporting and available tools to support daily job functions.

  • Familiarity with lockbox products, particularly healthcare-related lockbox operations.
