What You'll Bring


  • Previous experience as a Site Administrator, Project Administrator, or in an administrative role supporting industrial construction or turnaround projects
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with data entry, document control, and maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Current certifications:
    • H2S Alive
    • CSTS or CSO
    • WHMIS 2015


What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative support to the site management team.
  • Maintain employee records, onboarding documentation, and site files.
  • Assist with timesheets, data entry, reporting, and document control.
  • Coordinate site communications, meetings, and daily administrative activities.
