All-Pro Fasteners, Inc. is a full-line, full-service fastener company that distributes a complete line of bolts, nuts, washers, screws and fastener related components throughout the United States. The main distribution and manufacturing facilities for All-Pro are centrally located in Arlington, Texas with additional service centers throughout Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Iowa and Illinois.

We are currently looking for a full-time Data Entry/Inside Sales Associate. This position is full-time from 8:00am - 5:00pm and is located at:

1916 Peyco Dr.

Summary:

Sells products to business and industrial establishments and maintains account by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Receives (by telephone, fax or email) request for quotations, orders and lead times from customers.
  • Makes quotations on items, writes orders and relays pertinent information to customer
  • Uses computer to retrieve customer information, stock status information, the status of purchase order, and to make changes to orders
  • Routes orders to warehouse for filing and follows up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems by conferring with production, sales, shipping or carrier personnel
  • Checks credit status with accounting department
  • Builds and maintains customer relationships
  • Works with outside sales representatives to keep account activities up to date
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
