Warehouse Associate - Level 2
- Must have experience in general warehouse, picking, and receiving.
Job Responsibilities
• Comply with all safety protocols, maintain cleanliness, and report any safety concerns immediately.
• Load and unload products by hand; wrap and stack pallets for storage.
• Pick, pack, and transfer inventory to appropriate storage or shipping locations.
• Read part numbers and labels with accuracy to ensure order fulfillment.
• Fulfill various order types (e.g., pick-to-box, carton, sample).
• Track inventory and promptly report discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Perform basic equipment inspections (e.g., battery levels) and notify supervisors of any issues.
• Identify and implement small process improvements.
• Support operations across departments as needed.
• Accurately complete required paperwork and follow all standard procedures.
• Operate multiple types of warehouse equipment such as: sit-down forklift, 30/30 lift, manual jack, pallet
jack, RF scan gun.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• General understanding of picking, packing, and shipping operations.
