Part-Time Office Assistant - Indianapolis, IN
Adecco is currently hiring an Office Assistant for a client located in the Indianapolis area. This is a Part time temp-to-hire opportunity with a welcoming, team-oriented environment and room for long-term growth.
Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or location
  • Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
  • Perform accurate data entry of donor information
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite to create and format letters and documents
  • Generate and mail thank-you letters for donations
  • Maintain and update donor tracking systems (DonorPerfect software - training provided)
  • Conduct light research as needed
  • Assist with preparing materials for events and presentations
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent typing and computer skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (Outlook experience a plus)
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day
  • Dependable and team-oriented personality
