Join Our Team

KLS Earthworks Inc. is looking for a motivated and organized Health & Safety Administrator to support our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys data entry, organization, administration, and working with people. No previous health and safety experience is required-we are willing to train the right candidate.

This is an office-based role that plays a critical part in supporting employee onboarding, safety compliance, training coordination, and documentation management.


What You'll Do

Onboarding & Training

  • Coordinate and assist with new hire orientations.
  • Prepare and maintain onboarding documentation.
  • Schedule and track client-specific orientations.
  • Maintain training records and training matrices.
  • Track certifications, renewals, and expiries.
  • Book employee training courses and maintain competency records.

Safety Administration & Data Entry

  • Maintain accurate employee, training, and safety records.
  • Maintain incident and investigation records.
  • Track inspections and certifications for safety equipment.
  • Prepare audit documentation and support audit processes.
  • Assist with subcontractor prequalification requirements.
  • Enter and update information in company systems.
  • Organize electronic and paper files.
  • Ensure documentation is complete and up to date.

Inventory & Administrative Support

  • Maintain, issue and track PPE inventory.
  • Conduct First Aid kit inspections and inventories.
  • Schedule training sessions and safety meetings.
  • Support communication between field staff, supervisors, and management.


Qualifications
