  • Maintain study-related records and tracking tools to support operational efficiency and reporting needs.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Compliance & Quality

  • Adhere to company policies, study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new technology platforms, including Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with clinical research protocols and eligibility criteria.
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting electronic health record data.
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and clinical research regulations.
  • Experience working within a healthcare technology, biotech, or startup environment.
