Based in Longmont, Colorado, we move fast and value people who do the same.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Verification Specialist (Data Entry) to help ensure the accuracy and quality of hearing information before it is shared with our attorney network. In this role, you'll be a critical checkpoint in our operations, handling high-volume data entry and verification work in a fast-paced environment.
This role involves heavy day-to-day data entry, and as part of our evolving workflow, you'll occasionally use everyday AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to help speed up simple tasks. No technical background is required - just basic comfort using an AI chatbot the way most people already do.
This position is full-time in Docketly's HQ Office in Longmont, Colorado.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Review and verify hearing information for accuracy before publishing to our attorney network
  • Compare details from multiple sources to ensure consistency and completeness
  • Accurately enter and document hearing data, attachments, and related materials
  • Send out verified hearing schedules and links to attorneys
  • Occasionally use AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) to help speed up simple verification tasks
  • Respond to tickets and basic customer service inquiries, offering simple tech troubleshooting when needed
  • Maintain a consistent pace of data entry and verification, meeting and exceeding daily and weekly targets
  • Communicate clearly and ask questions when clarification is needed

Qualifications and Skills:
  • 2-5 years' experience in data entry, data verification, customer service, tech support, or a similar role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume tasks while maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic troubleshooting experience
  • Comfortable navigating multiple software systems and picking up new tools quickly
  • Has used AI chatbots like ChatGPT or Claude before (no coding or technical background required)

Preferred:
  • Any exposure to spreadsheets, databases, or basic scripting (SQL, Python, Excel formulas, etc.) is a plus, but not required
