Job Description:

Support office operations under the direction of the Administrative Support Assistant.

Greet visitors and provide courteous customer service.

Sort and distribute mail, deliveries, and departmental materials.

Assist with filing, copying, scanning, data entry, and other routine office tasks.

Support departmental events, projects, and special initiatives.

Help maintain welcoming classrooms, common areas, and offices.

Replenish office and classroom supplies as needed.

Notify the Administrative Support Assistant of maintenance, safety, or facility concerns.

Maintain confidentiality when handling departmental materials and information.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Previous office experience is preferred but not required.

Hours

Work schedules will be arranged around the student's academic schedule.

Pay Rate

$12.00 per hour.

Eligibility

Employment is contingent upon eligibility for and enrollment in the Federal Work-Study Program, as well as the availability of Federal Work-Study funding.
