Job Description: Maintain supplies Provide customer service Answer and route as appropriate incoming phone calls for district Administer unit communications Process and distribute mail for district Administer routine district correspondence to external agencies Monitor and distribute incoming fax correspondence Monitor and maintain unit general correspondence directories Maintain contact and distribution lists Administer requests and deliver boxed documents from Iron Mountain Maintain employee equipment inventory Filing, data entry, and report tracking Backup assistance for unit groups Provide administrative support on tasks as assigned. Examples include, but are not limited to: ? Changing CVP mailing addresses ? Mailing CVP forms ? Managing Power of Attorney forms (POA) ? Mailing private rail car and flight property notices ? Scanning Documents for all areas in the District ? Renaming files according to standard naming conventions as appropriate ? Moving files from a Microsoft to Google platform ? Copying and producing student reference materials ? Verify links on the ADOR website for Property Tax related material ? Review and verify accuracy of unit forms ? Develop and review standard work ? Review, compile and store electronic documents in appropriate folder using specified standard naming convention Hybrid Schedule - estimated to be 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Education: HS Diploma Looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills, proficiency in performing administrative functions including data entry, mail processing, managing inventory, and organization.
