Data Entry & Administrative Support Specialist
Location: Hanover, MD
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: Up to $23 hourly based on experience
Work Environment: 100% Onsite
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Administrative Support Specialist for a growing and established organization in the Hanover, MD area. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter work orders into the system for processing and invoicing
  • Input purchase orders accurately and efficiently
  • Perform data entry for invoices and related documentation
  • Review information for completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain and update databases and company records
  • Match invoices against spreadsheets and supporting documentation
  • Organize, scan, and file both paper and electronic records
  • Manage a high volume of document processing and recordkeeping

Qualifications
