SUMMARY
This person will contribute to a positive work environment and assist with any other duties throughout the office as needed. He/she performs daily office support services to include but not limited to: office support, processing, and maintaining documents related to civil processing.
*Position covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process civil documents, both timely and accurately, according to the PA Rules of Civil Procedure.
  • Utilize department software to record all transactions and data entry.
  • Process and review PFA instructions with Client & comply with confidentiality guidelines
  • Data entry of PFA Orders into software system
  • Responsible for investigating and resolving discrepancies on a case by case basis.
  • Assists clients via counter with civil processing and related questions.
  • Ability to work calmly and productively under pressure in the office.
  • Complete mandatory eFiling Training.
  • Process eFiling documents through eFiling transactions.
  • Create and document procedure processes and store on universal drive.
  • Required to assist in other areas of the office as needed.
  • Process mail distribution.
  • Keep current on all policy procedures & updates.
  • Responsible for scheduling personal bi-monthly meetings with Sr. Operations Manager.
