Position Overview

This position's responsibilities will include data entry, posting invoices, and general clerical duties (filing, scanning, faxing).

Essential Job Functions

  • General clerical duties: pulling files, filing, scanning, faxing, etc.
  • Posting invoices from vendors.
  • Data entry assignments.
  • Handling returned mail.
  • Processing outgoing mail for the department.
  • Ensure operational integrity through compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • May train to take collections calls and perform customer service.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma and six months or more of related experience.

Competencies

  • Data entry or 10-key
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Works well in a team environment.

Preferred, but not required

  • Prior office experience a plus.
