Work hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 3:00 pm depending on company needs.
Essential Job Functions:
โ€ข Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally; direct callers to the appropriate departments
โ€ข Support clients by answering questions regarding coverage, benefits, claims, and eligibility
โ€ข Communicate with insurance carriers and internal teams on behalf of clients
โ€ข Add to the customer's experience by letting each customer know their call is important
โ€ข Perform administrative duties, including but not limited to processing insurance applications and agent notes from completed sales appointments
โ€ข Punctual and dependable attendance
โ€ข Follow and maintain Integrity Insurance's standards and procedures
โ€ข Perform any additional duties as necessary
Qualifications:
โ€ข Outstanding communications skills both verbal and written. Excellent phone etiquette required.
โ€ข Detail oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated.
โ€ข Computer skills are a must.
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
โ€ข Education: No experience or specific education necessary.
