Job Requirements:
Data Entry Position
- Basic Computer knowledge is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven stable work history and customer service experience
- Must have good attitude and work ethic
- Must enjoy working with customers on the phone
- Goal oriented - must meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to handle multiple job duties and embrace change on a daily basis
- Must be able to relieve receptionist for breaks and lunches
- Must be able to type 30 WPM and 95% Accuracy
Duties will include but not limited to:
-Operating mail lettering machine
-Scanning and correctly inputting new files
-Organizing and filing client files
-Entering and correcting return mail
-Organizing and up keeping of supply room
MUST be available to work 40 hours a week with rotating Saturday availability.
Compensation:
Monthly Gross range : $3200.00 to $3400.00
