Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales team members with administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations, generating sales reports, and maintaining customer databases.
  • Prepare Sales Orders and Quotes.
  • Manage and organize sales-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for sales representatives as needed.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate activities, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and product demonstrations.
  • Track sales leads and opportunities in CRM software, ensuring all information is up to date.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales department and other departments such as finance and operations.
  • Communicate effectively with external partners, vendors, and customers to ensure the smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  • Act as a resource for the sales team, offering support and guidance to overcome obstacles and achieve sales targets.
  • Works with Operations to purchase required materials for jobs and creates job work orders when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, JobBoss).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field will be considered an asset.
