Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to enter, update, and maintain data records in Oracle Fusion and IFS ERP systems. This role involves preparing, cleaning, and formatting data to ensure accuracy and completeness, running standard and ad hoc reports, and verifying entered data against source documents.

Job Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data records in Oracle Fusion and IFS ERP systems.
  • Prepare, clean, and format data prior to entry to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Run standard and ad hoc reports as requested.
  • Verify entered data against source documents to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer data.
  • Identify and escalate data quality issues or system errors to appropriate personnel.
  • Organize and archive physical and digital records/documents.
  • Follow established data entry procedures, formats, and quality standards.
  • Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Assist with periodic data audits and reconciliation tasks.
  • Perform other clerical/administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel.
  • Clear Reliability Status.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of data entry or administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in large ERP systems (Oracle Fusion and/or IFS ERP experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong data entry speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Controlled Goods Security Clearance (nice to have).
