Function of the Group:
The Centralized Services Team (CST) supports internal and external money movement, manages related operational risk, and completes demographic updates for high-net-worth clients within the Private Bank.
Initiatives/Projects: The FirstBank acquisition has significantly increased task request volume.
Temporary support is needed to help manage the additional workload and maintain timely completion of requests.
Industry background: A successful candidate should have a foundational understanding of banking concepts, including credits, debits, wires, checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts, and customer service practices.
Team Dynamic: The team includes Analysts, Specialists, Supervisors, Managers, and a Senior Manager.
We operate collaboratively across three hubs: Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Birmingham. Each hub supports wires, money movement, and demographic updates, with supervisors, specialists, and analysts assigned to each location.
The temporary resource would support the team at an analyst level by performing basic approval tasks and completing repetitive task requests.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Temporary resources are primarily trained to approve Virtual Tickets, which include money movement tasks between like-titled and non-like-titled accounts, as well as officer code updates. These responsibilities would be performed on a daily basis following training.
Must Have Technical Skills: Years of experience: 0-3 yrs, Outlook, Teams, Computer Literate, Customer Service Experience
Flex Skills/Nice to Have: Excel
Soft Skills: Attention to detail, Communication- written and verbal, Time Management, Team Collaboration
Education/Certifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
