Job description

Century Group is in search of an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join a team in Colorado Springs. Qualified candidates with 2+ years of accounting experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $23 to $28 per hour.
Job Description:

  • Add and maintain master data into system
  • Review existing data for errors and make corrections where possible.
  • Manage work-flow processes for timely completion.
  • Research data discrepancies and provide root cause analysis.
  • Learn the ERP system and understand its relationship to all operations.
  • Extract Master Data as requested by other departments
  • Participate in a wide variety of special projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
