Job description

We are currently hiring a Product Data Specialist with e-commerce** **in the city of Ontario.

Overview

Supports eCommerce and online sales by managing and maintaining accurate product data across multiple systems. This role requires strong data entry skills and advanced Excel knowledge (formulas, pivot tables, macros/VBA).

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate product data, attributes, and pricing across platforms
  • Ensure data integrity and enforce data standards and procedures
  • Support new product launches and product updates
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and other teams to gather and validate data
  • Audit product data for accuracy and consistency
  • Manage SharePoint data entry, item setup, and photo requests
  • Coordinate product photography and marketing materials
  • Distribute updates including pricing, discontinued items, and product communications
  • Assist with system improvements and administrative tasks as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for product-related inquiries

Qualifications
