Data Entry Reporting Coordinator – 77032
 
Location: North Houston 77032
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $17.00 to $19.00
 Position Summary
The Data Entry Reporting Coordinator is responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and reporting warehouse and freight forwarding data to support daily operations. This role ensures timely processing of shipping documentation, inventory records, customer reports, and transportation information while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The coordinator works closely with warehouse personnel, operations, customer service, and transportation teams to ensure data integrity and efficient freight movement.
 Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain shipment, inventory, receiving, and shipping data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), and customer portals.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management and customers.
Verify freight documentation including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, commercial invoices, and shipping manifests.
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and update shipment statuses accurately.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies by researching and correcting data errors.
Generate customer reports related to inventory levels, shipment activity, order fulfillment, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and freight forwarding staff to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
Maintain electronic records and filing systems in compliance with company policies.
Identify data inconsistencies and communicate issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
Support customer audits and internal reporting requests.
Assist with scheduling reports, KPI tracking, and operational performance analysis.
Ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory documentation requirements.
 Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
2+ years of data entry, warehouse administration, logistics, or freight forwarding experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or ERP systems preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of freight forwarding, shipping documentation, and warehouse operations.
