We provide rapid, reliable, and non-medical testing services for both businesses and individuals—including pre-employment, random drug screening, and DNA testing. About the Role
This is a dynamic, multi-faceted position involving customer service, data entry, and clinical specimen collection. You will be trained to assist clients in person and over the phone, perform drug and DNA testing, and help ensure the office runs smoothly. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer phones and provide helpful, accurate information
  • Perform data entry and file test reports with a high level of accuracy
  • Conduct non-medical specimen collections (urine, hair, saliva, fingernail)
  • Maintain a clean and organized office and testing environment
  • Support sales initiatives and client outreach (optional, but a plus)
