About the Role:

The Vehicle Capture Representative will oversee the coordination and optimization of inventory capture across multiple storage and facility locations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records capturing, declarations and effective collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and an eye for detail.

What you'll do:

  • Upload & Maintain Records: Ensure all captured data is uploaded accurately and on time to internal systems.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Perform all vehicle inspections with major attention to detail in order to provide a high quality listing for customers and minimize errors, cancelled sales and arbitration.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with shuttlers and the wholesale department to streamline logistics processes and ensure efficient, timely data management.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail - critical for accurate captures.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working 100% on-site.
  • License: Minimum of a G2 Driver's License (valid in Ontario).
  • Driving Record: Clean driver's abstract with no major infractions.
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission.
  • Flexible to work over the weekend and rotating shifts from 8am to 6pm.
