Accounts Payable Clerk

Our Perfect Match:

We are looking for someone to join our Accounts Payable team as an Accounts Payable Clerk. If you have 1-2 years of experience in an office setting and are interested in accounting, data entry, and want to have fun at work while, apply today!

Job Type: Full-Time Hours

Schedule: Monday - Friday varying shift times, with occasional weekends

Targeted Pay Range: $15-18 per hour.

(Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)

What you'll do in this role:

Our Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, data entry, and basic accounts payable (AP) functions. Other duties include resolving invoice discrepancies, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, communicating with internal department and external vendors, weekly check runs, and any other tasks as assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager.
