Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will support the accounting and administrative processes by accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining digital records, documents, and databases.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Data Input: enter text, numbers, and financial records from paper or digital files into software (SAP, NAV, CORE)
  • Data verification: check records for errors, duplicates, or missing pieces and fix mistakes.
  • Record organization: sort, categorize, and file electronic or physical documents so they are easy to find.
  • Confidentiality: protect sensitive company and customer information according to privacy rules.
  • Performs other related duties as required
Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year experience in office administrative role with data entry duties required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong computer skills
  • Software proficiency - Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar processing software
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to use standard office equipment such as photocopiers/scanners and other electronic office equipment.
  • Ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
