Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be interested in hybrid opportunities in Cambridge, MA with similar specifications to those below:
Compensation:
$20.00-$21.00/hr *
*listed not guaranteed - potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.
Responsibilities:
  • Entering confidential information into the company's database
  • Reviewing documents to ensure all required information has been entered
  • Filing and scanning documents
  • Reviewing data fields and reformatting spreadsheets when necessary
  • Completing all other tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of college education required; College degree preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail required
  • Demonstrated experience handling data required; Data entry project experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; High level Excel skills preferred
  • Ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders and ask questions when necessary
  • A positive demeanor, willingness to learn, and ability to independently problem solve
