Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Input Specialist to join our team in Appleton, WI. This is an onsite role responsible for receiving, tracking, organizing, and processing physical products while ensuring accurate data entry into company systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or logistics environment and be comfortable using computers for data entry and record management.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming product deliveries.
  • Track shipments and maintain accurate records of received items.
  • Enter product information into internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Organize, store, and manage products in designated warehouse or storage areas.
  • Weigh and measure products according to company standards.
  • Prepare products for processing and coordinate movement throughout the workflow.
  • Support inventory organization, storage management, returns, and product disposal activities.
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve product or inventory-related issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company quality, integrity, and safety standards.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in warehouse, inventory control, shipping & receiving, logistics, or a similar operational environment.
  • Comfortable using computers and data entry systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes/products up to 50 lbs (23 kg).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with inventory management or warehouse management systems.
  • Experience handling product tracking, delivery coordination, or inventory records.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment.
