Job Summary

The Warehouse & Shop Assistant supports daily operations by maintaining an organized warehouse, assisting with equipment and parts handling, and completing basic data entry to ensure accurate inventory and job tracking. This role is critical in ensuring technicians and project teams have the materials, information, and workspace needed to serve customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Support

  • Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments of parts and equipment
  • Accurately stock inventory and maintain clear labeling and organization
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking
  • Pull and stage parts for service technicians and installation crews

Shop & Facility Support

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and warehouse environment
  • Assist with basic shop tasks including equipment setup and teardown
  • Dispose of scrap materials, packaging, and debris appropriately
  • Support upkeep of tools, equipment, and work areas

Data Entry & Administrative Support

  • Enter and update inventory transactions in company systems (receiving, transfers, usage)
  • Assist with job-related data entry including materials used and order updates
  • Maintain accurate records of parts, shipments, and inventory adjustments
  • Support basic paperwork organization and digital recordkeeping
  • Communicate discrepancies or missing information to appropriate team members

Operational Support
