Job description

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our growing repossession and recovery operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate records, processing assignments, updating client portals, and ensuring timely communication between lenders, agents, and office staff.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update repossession assignments in company software and client portals
  • Process vehicle recovery reports, inventory records, and compliance documentation
  • Verify account information and ensure data accuracy
  • Upload photos, supporting documents, and status updates
  • Monitor incoming emails and distribute assignments to appropriate personnel
  • Maintain detailed records of repossession activities and deadlines
  • Communicate with field agents, clients, and office staff as needed
  • Ensure all records comply with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications
