Job Description Data Entry Clerk - Colby, WIGeneral RequirementsWork collaboratively in a team environment to accurately enter daily inventory usage and resulting finished goods.Develop positive working relationships with personnel.Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer skills knowledge and skills.Quality Control RequirementsKnowledge of and ability to follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Complete understanding of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and its importance.Follow and monitor to assure all Safe Quality Food (SQF) guidelines are implemented and followed.Note: Required to report food safety problems or concerns immediately to a person with authority to initiate action as indicated on the organizational chart.Safety RequirementsBe aware of and follow up to date OSHA regulations that apply to the tasks in your job.Be aware of your surroundings, watching for forklift traffic and trip hazards such as pallets or cords.Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the job you are doing.Education/CertificationsHigh School Diploma or EquivalentJob ResponsibilitiesMonitor physical inventory to Revela Foods system inventory to ensure accuracy of items being used.Calculate actual product usage of ingredients and adjust out of inventory system.Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to maintain proper inventory control.Communicate production details effectively.Assist with product traceability as needed.Assist daily cycle counting.Monitor raw materials for first expired, first out use.Communicate production details effectively.Assist with month end & year-end inventory programs.Collaborate with production entry team members to ensure correct information is entered into production paperwork.Collaborate with staging personnel to verify correct items are staged for use.Perform additional duties as assigned.Report any suspicious activity related to food defense.Excited about this role but don't think you meet every requirement listed?
