Receiving Clerk (Heavy Data Entry)

Pay: $17/hour+ BOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Jenks, OK


Receiving Clerk (Heavy Data Entry) – Must-Have Requirements

1–3 years of receiving experience

Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail

Experience processing orders, bills of lading (BOLs), and shipping documents

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

High school diploma or GED required


Receiving Clerk (Heavy Data Entry) – Position Summary

Responsible for handling inbound shipments with a strong focus on high-volume, accurate data entry

Ensures all receiving, and order processing tasks are completed efficiently and correctly

Works cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and production teams


Receiving Clerk (Heavy Data Entry) – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Process outbound shipment orders, customer orders, and fabrication work orders in internal system (Quantum preferred)

Prepare bills of lading, packing lists, and certification paperwork

Receive and process incoming repair orders including inspection, work order creation, labeling, scanning, and routing

Resolve discrepancies and communicate with customer service teams

Ship completed orders using FedEx, UPS, and DHL systems

Coordinate with freight forwarders for domestic and international shipments

Package products to ensure safe and damage-free delivery

Maintain organized filing of BOLs, orders, and receiving documentation

Assist with month-end reports and documentation review

Order and maintain shipping supplies

Collaborate with internal teams and departments

Operate forklift as needed

Perform other duties as assigned


Receiving Clerk (Heavy Data Entry) – Additional Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems (Quantum preferred)

Forklift experience preferred

Ability to read and interpret documents and correspondence

Basic math and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
