Job Summary:
Boys & Girls Clubs of Fresno County is dedicated to preparing youth and young adults for future success through impactful programs and experiences. The Data & Outcomes Manager is responsible for overseeing data collection, analysis, and reporting to enhance program effectiveness and demonstrate organizational impact.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement data collection protocols to ensure accurate and consistent data gathering across all club locations.
• Maintain and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Train staff in data collection methods and the use of data management systems.
• Analyze data to identify trends, measure program outcomes, and assess organizational performance.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain data warehousing of data pulled from multiple sources to consolidate for reporting purposes.
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports, printouts and performance indicators in membership data system to locate and identify any data entry issues.
• Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and completeness.
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of data management.
• Identify and remedy inefficient data processes.
• Provide leadership to club staff to ensure systems and processes are in place and implemented to maintain integrity.
• Work with appropriate staff at each individual clubhouse to ensure proper data input and consistency.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Degree or certification in a similar field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management, analysis, or program evaluation, preferably within a human services organization.
• Strong knowledge of data tools and software (e.g. Excel, MyClubHub, etc...)
• Ability to present information effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of research methodology and techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to work with efficiency and flexibility.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external constituents.
• Ability to be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new data systems and processes.
• Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
