Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs and challenges faced by clients.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual client goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Provide consistent psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
  • Consistently maintain accurate and timely documentation, including clinical notes and progress updates, in compliance with department policies and electronic medical records systems.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to formulate comprehensive treatment plans, including discharge plans that integrate psychosocial assessments and professional interventions.
  • Assist clients in discharge planning and care coordination, ensuring they have access to the full spectrum of services available in our healthcare system and community.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. These may include anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and trauma, among others. Qualifications
  • An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
