Job description

OVERVIEW

All Steel Service is a family-owned business based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. In operation since 2000, we serve customers throughout the mid-Atlantic region. We process steel parts for clients in the commercial and industrial sectors.

We are hiring part-time office workers to help with data entry, PDF sorting, and document organization. This position is completely remote and would not require any travel to Allentown, PA. (Of course, if you want to come see our shop, you are more than welcome to visit anytime!!)

HOURS

We can be flexible with the hours, although they should fall between 10am–8pm Eastern. We do not work on the weekends. We are looking for someone to work approximately 25 hours per week.

COMPENSATION
The pay will be $550/week, which works out to $22/hour (assuming a 25-hour work week).

We have a good office culture here that is family-friendly and prioritizes kindness. We do not like grumpy people! As such: Please do not apply if you are a grumpy person!


REQUIREMENTS
You do not need a background in steel for this role. The only things we absolutely require are: kindness, willingness to learn new things, and good WiFi. A math background, although not essential, could be helpful for certain tasks. (However: If you don't like math, that is OK! We can easily put you in non-mathematical roles.)
