This is a pivotal opportunity to join a dynamic team and directly influence the company’s next phase of growth. If you are a strategic thinker ready to make a tangible impact, we want to hear from you. Company Overview At Lumbee Holdings, we deliver mission-critical logistical, technical, and analytical support to empower strategic government and defense operations. Our culture is built on continuous improvement, operational integrity, and dedicated service to key defense stakeholders. When you join our team, you become part of a collaborative environment where your expertise directly supports military readiness and system efficiency. Your Role As a GCSS-Army Medical Maintenance Specialist, you will serve as a vital liaison and technical specialist supporting the U.S. Army Reserve Medical Command (USARC), specifically embedded with the 807th Medical Command (Deployment Support). Guide & Mentor Unit Personnel: Provide hands-on guidance to unit personnel on correct GCSS-A data entry, work order tracking and validation, and property book corrections in alignment with official standards. Research & Extract Logistics Data: Extract MAT-SIT reports and analyze medical equipment sets to streamline material classification and inventory visibility. Configure Support Networks: Assist units in setting up maintenance support pathways, work centers, and support shops, and connect them to key medical logistics depots and agencies. Oversee Operational Processes: Monitor and validate operator-level data processes, man-hour accountability reporting, and medical (Class VIII) repair parts ordering.
