Job Details
Provides assistance to faculty and staff members in the Edwards College Dean's Office; performs advanced clerical work and data entry, provides coverage to the front desk and answers phones; high usage of Excel spreadsheets, assists with budgetary and fiscal projects, archives records at the end of a fiscal year, entering/maintaining detailed records and data, filing, copying and sorting; compiling information; running errands on campus, assisting with projects and/or events, giving information to students and visitors to the Dean's Office; unpacking shipments of office supplies; operating ordinary office machines and equipment such as a computer; scanner, shredder, fax machine. Performs related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Must be a current CCU student at the time of employment. Maintain a professional and friendly personality at all times. Student must be able to organize, problem solve, communicate effectively and be reliable. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs.
