Position Summary
The Product Data Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of product and customer data across multiple internal and third-party systems.
This position supports cross-functional teams by ensuring product information, pricing, attributes, and reference data are accurate, current, and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient in Excel, with experience managing large datasets in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate product, pricing, and customer data across internal and external systems.
  • Enter, update, validate, and audit large volumes of data.
  • Create and maintain customer pricing files and product setup information.
  • Manage product attributes, assignments, and coding structures.
  • Review and resolve data exceptions from third-party updates.
  • Research and update competitor interchange information.
  • Enter new products and pricing into third-party databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards.
  • Develop SOPs and improve workflows.
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data management, data entry, or related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; Access, SQL, ERP, or PIM systems preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Automotive aftermarket experience.
  • Experience with product catalogs, pricing databases, or eCommerce.
  • Knowledge of data governance and process improvement.
