Customer Service Manager 

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our customer service and order entry team. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to analyze data to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and contribute to daily operations of the customer service and order entry department,
  • Train, mentor, and develop customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Understand and process all aspects of order entry and shipping

Experience

  • Proven experience in a customer service management role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
  • Experience in operation efficiency
  • Proficiency in data entry
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Experience with Microsoft Navision/Dynamics
  • Experience with EDI software for order processing
  • Familiarity with Canadian Exporting/US importing and shipping software (UPS, FedEx)
