Project for Pride in Living (PPL) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering low-income individuals and families to become self-reliant through integrated services in housing, employment, and education. Job Summary

PPL is looking for a detail-oriented person with strong evaluation skills to join the Career Readiness team. The Data Reporting Specialist will work closely with the Homeownership and Financial Coaching, LEAP, and Career Services teams, responsible for supporting data entry across multiple online databases, ensuring data integrity across systems, as well as providing regular updates and reporting to management. This position will help evaluate and document efficient processes to streamline data entry components across departments.


What You'll Do

Core Data & Reporting Responsibilities (Across All Teams)

  • Produce regular internal and external reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) to support program performance, compliance, and decision-making
  • Conduct data audits, cleanup, and reconciliation across systems
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests from leadership, funders, and partners
  • Enter, audit, reconcile, and maintain data across multiple platforms including (but not limited to):
    • Apricot
    • LISC
    • DCS
    • Workforce One (WIOA)
    • JAGForce

Data Entry & Case Management Systems

  • Support large-scale and ongoing data entry projects
  • Verify eligibility documentation and ensure compliance with program and funding requirements
  • Support enrollment and tracking processes in workforce or education-related systems

What You Bring

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry

Education and/or Experience

  • BA/BS degree preferred in related field (additional experience may substitute for education)
  • 2-3 years experience with data entry, service delivery, or related field
