Duties

  • Enter and update data into database platforms and other software with precision and speed (in-house platform training is provided).
  • Manage data collection from multiple sources, verifying accuracy before inputting into systems
  • Utilize computer skills to perform data entry tasks efficiently using tools such as Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables for data analysis
  • Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure quick retrieval of information
  • Perform transcription of documents, ensuring clarity and correctness in all records
  • Assist with order entry processes, ensuring timely processing of transactions
  • Support clerical tasks such as filing, data verification, and routine administrative duties to streamline office operations

Qualifications
