Requirement/Must Have:

  • High school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
  • 2โ€“4+ years of data entry or related experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route phone calls.
  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes.
  • File documents (physical and digital) in the correct systems.
  • Create, edit, and proofread documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Scan, copy, print, and organize paperwork.
  • Coordinate small events, trainings, or team activities.
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in systems and databases.
  • Ensure data integrity and support administrative functions.
  • Maintain organized and reliable records for business operations.
  • Enter, update, and verify large volumes of data.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks.
  • Resolve routine discrepancies and errors.
