Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Lebanon, Indiana. This individual will be responsible for accurately entering data, maintaining records, generating reports, and providing administrative support. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $18.25/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off
  • Located in Lebanon, Indiana

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Enter and update data accurately in company systems.
  • Generate reports and maintain electronic records.
  • Communicate professionally via phone and email.
  • Verify the accuracy of information before data entry.
  • Organize and maintain files and documentation.
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Support the operations team with data requests and reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous data entry, administrative, or office experience preferred.
  • Experience with AS400 is a plus.
