Responsibilities
• Accurately input data based on Enrollment Unit processes
• Review and verify Member documents for accuracy and validity
• Communication with internal/external units to ensure Eligibility Department criteria is met
• Generate correspondence to obtain pertinent information from Members
• Provide clerical support to Eligibility Department
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by Eligibility Department
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required, some College or Degree preferred; plus
• Minimum two (2) years clerical experience in general office environment required
• Excellent keyboarding skills required
• Good alphabetical and numerical filing skills a must
• Knowledge of Eligibility systems preferred (i.e. QNXT, V3)
• Basic Microsoft office skills preferred
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written preferred
• Ability to work quickly and accurately while following through on assignments
• Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and handle multiple tasks a must
• Available to work overtime; plus
